OMNI V 3 HP BLENDER - MAINTENANCE VIDEOS

The OMNI V blender needs very little maintenance. The motor never fails a smoothie blender enthusiast. The reason the OMNI blender is so durable is because it is equipped with a 3 hp motor which is built to last. (The motor is optimized-engineered). It is an energy efficient motor which runs cooler, cools more efficiently, runs quieter than its competitors, and blends with astounding 3 horsepower blending torque. See what OMNI customers say.

We are giving our customers a 7 Years Limited Warranty for their OMNI V Blender purchase. The only things that may require maintenance are the drive socket, the blade, the container, and nothing else. For detailed information please go to the User Manual and also check out the Warranty information.  (801)-623-3225

Maintenance:

To better understand of how to prolong the life of the OMNI Blender Motor, click here and read through the full page. The maintenance on the blade itself is easy. Keep out of water as much as reasonably possible. The blade ball bearings are sealed with ceramic seals because the blade will turn into a heating element due to high friction and high-speed revolutions in the 30,000's RPM's.

The ceramic seal is not a silicon type seal. To clean your blade and container, just rinse it with water and then dry it with a paper towel to remove the hard-water stains from the plastic. Following this process with help increase the beauty and longevity of your blender jar and blades. NOTE, the blade is sharp. Be careful not to cut yourself.

Videos

Here are some videos that will show you how to unpack the blender, how to clean the jar, how to change the drive socket, the blade assembly, even sharpen the blades, and how to reset the overload breaker switch. (The Omni blender does not have a thermo-fault switch which the competitor blenders are equipped with. A thermo fault switch is basically causing the blender motor to shut off because it is getting too hot. You then need to wait for the motor to cool down before you can use the blender again). This kind of thermo switch is so annoying that JTC, the OMNI Blender factory engineers have decided to equip the OMNI TM 800 A 3 hp power machine with an over-load protection switch instead. The OMNI blender will NOT OVERHEAT!
