General Warranties
The warranties stated about product(s) within our website(s) are/is strictly that from the factory and not the warranty given or implied by 123Vita, LLC, unless otherwise stated. We do not honor warranties of third-party products. We recommend that the buyer of a product contacts the manufacturing organization for additional warranty matters and questions.
123Vita, LLC provides a 6 months limited residential-use warranty on its Blender Sound Enclosure Boxes. This limited warranty is 3 months for a commercial use. See www.blendersoundbox.com for more detailed warranty information.
Regarding the OMNI Blender Warranty, JTC / OMNI of Taiwan is issuing a 1 year warranty as explained in our Omni Warranty section. The upgrade to a 3 year Warranty is a 123Vita, LLC Warranty which goes into effect after 365 days past the purchase date of the OMNI Blender, if applicable and subject to the terms and conditions. A warranty claim does not have to be made directly with the factory in the first year. 123Vita, LLC will do this for our customers. In order to do so, 123Vita, LLC requests a claims report from the customer, which explains what exactly has happened.
The OMNI Blenders are currently as of November 1, 2009 delivered as labeled: "GreatBlender / REI" - This is temporary until further notice. The blender is the same.
