First, you can purchase 4 and 8 blenders (each box contains 4 blenders), for $ 200 each blender, plus shipping = $ 845 to be shipped within the USA 48 states.

Second, you can purchase here 12 blenders for $2,340 total including shipping in the USA 48 states.

And third, 12 blenders cost therefore $ 185 each plus $10 shipping (total $195 each).

If you would like to purchase more than 12 blenders, please contact us. We can either ship out any wholesale compete orders to you, drop ship them somewhere within certain parameters, or have them even shipped to you directly by the Factory.

Please note the rules and signup procedures that apply to all dealers and affiliate agreements.

Also, please note, making a purchase from us, and reselling a single or multiple OMNI Blenders, purchased from us, regardless of quantity, or acting as a referring agent (affiliate), binds you to a non-compete, non-circumvent agreement as set forth under the terms and conditions of the SIGN UP. And that is regardless of you signing up or not. If you do not agree with this stipulation, please do not purchase the OMNI blender.

Binding dealer stipulations and disclosures - SIGN UP!


  1. OMNI V Blender Authenticity - There are some blender importers who are straight forward-imposters. They claim to be selling OMNI Blenders but they are selling a far inferior product with significant authenticity differences, inferior quality, problems with warranty services, plainly and frankly not authorized by us to sell OMNI Blenders. Yes, even the OMNI Blender is being faked nowadays. We have found some dealers who profess to sell the OMNI Blender, show a picture of it,...but when you get the blender it is different, a different look and functionality and way inferior quality. You can rest assured, and only if you purchase the OMNI from us or any of our authorized dealers or through the help of our authorized affiliates, that you receive our 7 year warranty coverage together with our own exclusive Recipe Book - see below
  2. OMNI V blender cookbook "Deliciously Raw - Easy Recipes for the OMNI Blender" - only we are authorized by the author to publish the recipe book and distribute it together with our blender. If we find this book in blenders distributed not by us, we will seek litigation. Plus, if a blender box does not contain the Deliciously Raw cookbook by Carmella Soleil, the chances are extremely high that you are purchasing a fake, unauthorized, or an unauthentic OMNI V blender. Nobody, no other dealers are given the right to this book, unless specifically licenses in writing and applicable due royalties payable to Carmella. Carmella worked hard, and so did we, to put this package together with a very high quality Raw Cookbook.
  3. Competitors - We do not cooperate or collaborate with most competitors. We do not sell the OMNI V TM 800, the OMNI 767 A or without the A, or other OMNI Blenders that could be deemed (possibly) by a court of law to infringe on for example Vitamix's design patents, trademarks or patents.
  4. About OMNIBLENDER.COM LLC - Our company has been founded back in 2008. The OMNI Blenders have been manufactured for nearly 20 years and represent a high quality blender. We carry exclusively 1 model of the OMNI Blender because we think that it could be possible that the other JTC models perhaps infringe (not a proven fact) on some of the existing design patents and/or trademarks owned by Vitamix. The OMNI V model is NOT subject to a Vitamix patent or trademark claim. We are located in Utah.
  5. MAP Policy - Our Minimum Advertised Pricing policy is that our dealers and affiliates are not permitted to advertise the OMNI blender for less than $ 279 WITH FREE, IN THE USA 48 states. You can sell for what you want, but reserve the right to discontinue service should you not abide by this advertising policy.
  1. Interchangeability - As part of the past consent judgement with Vitamix, it was agreed that we, our agents, dealers, affiliates, assignees, etc... do not suggest, imply or recommend the use of Vitamix parts and components on and/or with any of the Omni Blender parts. The cross-brand application and advertising /usage is not allowed. The parts are not interchangeable. The parts used together is not proven to be safe (although it is neither proven to be unsafe either). It is just not officially tested by, for example Vitamix and/or Underwriter Laboratories (UL). And Vitamix does not permit it. However,, we were giving strict instructions to disclose that the mere fact of parts that may fit, in itself, is not prohibited. It is just not granted by Vitamix. And so you can imagine that Vitamix would probably void its warranty on their end. This is a provision that is part of our affiliate and dealer agreement. If we find it circumvented or violated, we will withhold our service(s) and sales, and/or commissions from any dealer or affiliate.
  2. Right to limitations and reservations to serve/sell, etc... - We reserve the right to sell or to withhold our service and/or product delivery to whom ever we select for whatever and non-specific disclosed or undisclosed reason(s), completely at our sole discretion, and that without any notice required. Of course, if you make a purchase and pay for product and we select to not deliver, you will get a full 100% refund of the money paid.
  3. Agreement - By making the purchase of the wholesale package(s) above you are agreeing to these terms and disclosures and consent that you will agree and abide by them. It is not required, but it is very beneficial to our dealers to sign up as an affiliate. You will be on our emailing database which will help us to update you on our inventory stating.
  4. Termination of dealer (and/or affiliate agreement). See specifically the terms of the dealer agreement / affiliate agreement to which you are subject to as a dealer, (and you are deemed a dealer for 123vita, LLC and OMNIBlender.COM, LLC if you make a purchase of any of the above 4, 8, 12, and other, single drop-ship arranged purchases, or simply refer a sale to us for which you receive commissions). If you or we, or both terminate this agreement, you NO LONGER are permitted to sell, advertise or promote an OMNI blender (the same as here regardless of brand name) and you are prohibited from competing against us. - sign up and check out the terms and conditions.
  5. Disclaimer - Regarding Vitamix, we are not selling Vitamix blenders and/or parts. Our dealers and affiliates however, at their own discretion may do so. We are not affiliated with Vitamix in any way. We are not authorized to even mention and or display the Vitamix  trade name on our website. But, since we have to explain our rules here, pertaining to our consent  judgement entered with Vitamix in 2011, obviously, we have to mention who and what we are talking about. This above disclosure and set of rules are not intended to be any form of advertising or solicitation of Vitamix product. We believe that Vitamix makes fine blenders, and according to our right to compete, we are competing in the market, fair and square, since the OMNI blender can hold its own pretty good.
  6. And you agree that you are not infringing on the trademark names and/or any derivatives of OMNIBLEND, OMNIBLEND V, Omni, Omni Blender, 3 hp Omni Blender, TM 800, TM 800 A, TM 767 and that you will refrain from circumventing the purpose of this restriction, in respect to your ONLINE / Internet advertising and campaign propaganda activities, either all, or limited to your website keywords, any form of advertising using methods such as PPC or similar; You agree that you will not now, during the term of this agreement and/or thereafter if and/or when it has expired or been terminated by you or by us use any of these keywords.
