OMNI Blender Return Policy & 30 Days Money Back Guarantee

If within 30 Days of your initial purchase date and for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the OMNI V Blender, you may send the OMNI Blender back to us (123Vita, LLC, 3505 E Bay Court, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005)  subject to below conditions.

In order to qualify for a refund on a returned Omni Blender item within this return policy, the buyer must contact us by email via the eBay Messenger System and request a Return Authorization (RA) prior to the return initiation. We will then instruct the buyer what he/she must do to appropriately return the blender. (Please keep the original shipping box at least for 30 days - If returned not in the original box we will deduct a $ 10 box fee). The package and all components must also be complete and in unbroken or in undamaged condition. Otherwise, if broken by error originated by the factory, the return is a warranty issue and if broken or damaged by negligence or due to shipping, we cannot cover a full refund.

The return shipping must be prepaid by the buyer who is returning the item and the buyer is responsible for the item until arrival back at our warehouse. We will  refund the initial purchase price excluding the shipping charge. If shipping for any reason was included at the time of the purchase in the purchase price then we will deduct $ 25.00 from the amount that will be refunded to cover the initial shipping cost to the buyer. This means that you are out the initial shipping and the money for the return shipping. For that, you get to try out a brand new OMNI Blender for evaluation.

However, if there is evidence that the reason for return is due to an error on our side, either damaged or broken item during transportation, a legitimate warranty or repair claim at the time of first arrival and within 7 days of the initial purchase date-associated arrival, then the seller (123Vita, LLC or Profisol123) will pay for the return shipping and we will ship you out a new blender / item as ordered/ repaired as appropriate and as applicable. If the buyer wants to have a full refund due to our error and inability to remedy the claim, we will then make a full 100% refund including all shipping fees. The Buyer may also use the refund as a credit towards the purchase or exchange of any other blenders that we can supply.

Canadian returns (or other International Returns) are allowed as well, however we will under no circumstances refund any of the shipping fees. Further, we are not to be held liable or responsible for any importation duties, customs fees, taxes, and their refunds collectively / respectively.
