Basic Raw Recipes

We are introducing the basic recipes of how to make raw smoothies, raw fresh hot soup, ice cream, pate and puree, peanut butter, and a few more different things.  There are of course some minor differences depending on the type of blender you are using. For example, the Blendtec HP3A 3 hp blender, the Connoisseur Blendtec blender, etc and the Waring and Vita Mix blenders operate somewhat different. Blendtec blenders are mostly electronically [over] sophisticated, equipped with blending-cycle programs for ease and convenience of use at the push of the button. The Vita Mix, Waring, and OMNI Blenders (ranging from 2 hp to 3.5 hp motors) give the operating control back into the hands of the consumer. The Blendtec HP3A 3 hp blender, though, is the best bargain your money can buy, when considering that it is a 3 hp blender while Vita Mix's King of the 3 hp class, the VP 1005/3 sells for about $ 500.

The purpose of this recipe section is to give you basic suggestions of to use your blenders or choose the one high performance blender that might work for you best. In our opinion it is best to just jump in and use your blender. Do not store it away. Find a permanent place somewhere in your kitchen on top of your counter-top.  Then mix up your own recipes.

We suggest you research ingredient functionality and build your own raw meals with your high performance blender. You will find that the 3 hp and 3.5 hp high performance blenders are better, faster, stronger, and emulsify the ingredients more thoroughly than 2 hp high performance blenders. But if you cannot afford a 3 hp  or 3.5 hp blender, we suggest that you start out with a 2 hp blender (not the Montel Health Master please). The budget-sharked-up consumer might want to consider the Vita Mix 4500 TurboBlend, or hopefully soon we will be able to offer the OMNIBlend I in the mid $ 200's. This way, you have at least a good blender to the very same thing a 3 hp blender does, only however in a little more time. So enjoy, and feel free to give us your feedback, suggestions, and comments for improvement.
