Basic Soup Recipe:
Make sure the lid is secure. Best hold the lid down with one of your hands. Then start the blender with a slow speed setting on variable. Just turn the know clockwise to the # 2 or # 3 position on the dial. Increase the speed by turning the variable speed knob clockwise, slowly to the highest variable speed setting. Let the blender run for a minute or so on the highest variable speed setting. Then flip the pulse override - fast speed switch upwards, which exceeds the highest variable speed setting by about 1.5 times the speed. Now you experience a 95 dB audible sound / noise level.
Let the raw soup ingredients blend for a couple of minutes. Note, the sound / noise level is at about 95 dB. If you have problems with the noise, we can offer you a sound enclosure also very inexpensively, assembled and with a 6 months warranty.

Our raw hot fresh soup recommendation: We added also a potato, some flax seed, and Chia seeds. Don't take it so serious with the amount of each ingredients and following a recipe. Experiment with your hot raw soup. This way you will learn what works for you best. The container you see here yields 3 bowls of soup or just about 2.5 to 3 servings for a big guy like myself of 200 pounds.
Add some sprouted greens, avocado, and some crackers or tortillas. The soup tastes always better if there are some solids to chew with the hot raw liquid vegetables. After all, if you only drink raw smoothies or eat blended raw hot soups, your teeth will start crying out for
Once you get into the habit of blending your fresh raw hot soup 3 to 4 times a week, you will really begin to enjoy your new diet. We don't want to even start with the great health benefits you could experience. Our thinking is, if you start on a raw soup diet, you will feel better in many ways. Possibly you could experience loosing weight in a healthy way. And hopefully, if you have some more serious health concerns, you will heal properly and speedily recover from whatever it is that kept you down.
Please don't forget, it is not the blender that makes you feel better, but it is your lifestyle change of eating habits, exercise, and living attitude. If you are hooked on hamburgers and french fries, maybe a hamburger french fry hot soup blended with vegetables can help you get over it quicker. I would never blend my hamburger (LOL).
By the way, did you notice? We did not use the tamper at all!

About Hot Soup
It does not make sense, as a raw foodist, to make and consume hot raw soup. This statement is actually a complete contradiction to the 1st Raw Food Commandment "Thou Shalt Eat Only Raw Food". Now, imagine you wanted to blend soup for 3 to 6 minutes, it would warm or heat up until all alive nutrients are dead. Why in the beautiful world would you want to do this as a raw food fanatic? Just use warm water, put it together with all ingredients, blend your soup-smoothie for 30 seconds and the soup is done. Keep it at 90 to 105 degrees maximum. Certainly, according to the Health Department, foods and meals should be served to the public either below 40 degrees or over 140 degrees (That is my daily disclaimer). Consult your common sense for a logic conclusion. And while you ponder about this subject, if you want to eat hot soup, a stove or cook top can cook it much nicer and more efficiently. The difference is the amount of alive raw food nutrients. Thanks!
