OMNI V Blenders and its accessories, outlined below, are only good for
purchases which have been made up until March 23, 2010 12:00 Midnight
MST. We have upgraded and modified the warranty pertaining to the OMNI
V Blender purchase and its accessories which are applicable to OMNI V
Blender Purchases made from 123Vita, LLC starting March 24, 2010 00:01
AM. Please note, we cannot adjust warranty agreements from purchases

1 Year Limited Warranty – Explanation
- We provide a 1 year limited Warranty on the OMNIBLEND V Blender, the motor, housing, container, blade, and associated parts directly with the Blender, excluding the tamper/ Push-Down-Tool, sound enclosure, etc. and excluded from our Warranty are other brand items that you may or may not purchase with this blender.
- The warranty is against defects arising from faulty materials, incorrect assembly, or faulty assembly, and any other damage or breakage occurring prematurely due to the fault of the factory during or before production.
- Limited means that the blender is only under warranty for said duration if during the time issued it is appropriately used without abusing the blender in ways that not meant to be or are not appropriate in the realm of the use of a blender. Normal use constitutes the blending of food stuff for the purpose to process and make meals and foods for human consumption.
- Not appropriate use or non-normal use, which will void the warranty, is the use in Restaurants, or for commercial purposes, even if used for the preparation of food stuff. Further, the warranty is considered void, if for example the user blends or inserts for blending or grinding non-normal items such as rocks, i-pods, cell phones, wood pieces, concrete, metals, sand, etc… (not limited to these items).
- The Warranty is void if the defect is due to accidental damage including but not limited to transportation, misuse or neglect and in case of alterations or repair carried out by unauthorized persons.
- The Warranty is void if the product requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and /or authorized or if any damage results from these modifications.
- A guarantee card / warranty card will be sent along with the product, which you should always retain. Make sure you enter the serial number of your OMNI V blender and retain the receipt and proof of purchase with it.
- We suggest that you use your blender on a daily or multi-weekly basis. This will aid in hopefully much better health (without us making any health promises) and will help you identify any defects on the equipment that may be under warranty.
- The warranty according to the factory JTC of Taiwan is a one year International Warranty. Warranty service will begin for the duration of 1 calendar year after the date of purchase. A receipt or legal proof of purchase together with serial number authentication must be documented before service is rendered.
