ABOUT THE JTC FACTORY
Here in the United States, the OMNI blender is becoming increasingly more popular as well. Specifically 1 competitor has been attempting to subdue the blender's market expansion by making false patent claims against the OMNI V 3 hp blender. But regardless, and with high integrity, we continue expanding and growing rapidly. The OMNI V does not infringe on any of its competitors' blenders. Quite to the contrary, the OMNI V blender features a superior cooling and noise dampening system or method that allows the blender to blend as good if not better than its competing 3 hp blender brands.
We are especially proud of the high quality components the 3 hp blender, the OMNI V aka TM-800 A is made with. Warranty claims are well below the 1% level. In the years in which we have been selling Omni Blenders, we have never had a real qualified motor-burn-out claim. There are some few customers who claimed smelling some odors, but they always turned out to be false alarms, coming from the rubber cushion, the drive socket, or from a protective oil film inside the motor. The JTC 3 horsepower motor does not burn out easily because it is an optimized energy-efficient self-compensating motor that cools very effectively while the motor operates very efficiently.
The biggest competitive advantage that JTC blenders have is because the factory is in China and it is managed by a Taiwan
JTC's advantage is secured through its versatility and high engineering quality standards, its ability to quickly adapt to market demands and its ability to add resources to its increasing output demand. As you can imagine, China has the greatest technology; the human resource! If we need to increase production but maintain the same quality standards, the human resources will support technology in the JTC high-end quality testing procedures.
Below we are describing a few production processes:
The blender container assemble is easy and simple. The blade assembly is inserted from the right into the container and the employee seen in the picture (left) tightens the bottom plate on the left side.
Even all wires and connections are made in the Taiwan Star Industrial Factory (JTC) - see images left and right below.
